CHinese Herbology

Chinese Herbal therapy has a rich history, dating back 2000+ years. It is a rigorous science, with a deep understanding of how Chinese herbs form tangential relationships with the 5 flavors that our taste buds register, which are, sweet, sour, bitter, pungent and salty.

As an example, there are ay least 37 bitter sensors in our digestive system and when activated with bitter herbs, these bitter compounds assist with the proper functioning of our digestive processes.

Chinese Herbs can be very effective in harmonizing and resolving many of our health concerns. The bulk of my practice is assisting patients effectively resolve gastro intestinal issues.

Craniosacral therapy

If you were standing on the beach, watching the waves come in and go out, that in essence describes the craniosacral rhythm that carries the subtle energies through the body and gives us a sense of continuity, a sense of feeling grounded.

Craniosacral therapy is an integral aspect of assisting a patient to regain their vitality, health and sense of wellbeing. Due to stress, nutritional deficiencies, disease pathologies and environmental toxicity, many new patients are missing this vital rhythm.

Fortunately, the underlying nutritional deficiencies are generally easy to treat, and the craniosacral rhythm responds instantly to the corrective Chinese Herbal formula or Standard Process supplements.

In 1986, I began taking private craniosacral lessons from Elizabeth Davis in Atlanta Georgia, who at the time was an instructor for the Upledger Institute.
